Services we provide and information:
- Repair Addendums: You send the repair addendum and home inspection to christian@christianshannonenterprises.com and call 541-761-5759 to discuss. We can provide an estimate based off the inspection and set appointments as needed to look at things we need to see in person. We’ve read over 600 inspections. We understand deadlines and how to pass inspections.
- We will do estimates for negotiating purposes but would like to know that is the purpose of the estimate.
- We specialize in all aspects of flips and remodeling including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We are very competitive on roofing and gutters.
